You deduct up to €500 per year from the cost of your insurance in the personal income tax return, applicable to your partner and children under the age of 25.
What’s more, in the event of a disability, the deduction can amount to €1,500 per year.

The consultation process is shortened, enabling you to see a specialist without going through the GP.
We have removed qualifying periods so that you can make use of your insurance from the first day (Except for assistance at delivery - 10 months - and assisted reproduction - 24 months).

TAX BENEFITS
If you carry out your professional activity as a self-employed person and you have health insurance, it is important that you bear in mind that you can also take advantage of some very interesting tax benefits.
When you formalise the payment of your health insurance policy as a self-employed worker, you will be entitled to deduct up to 500 euros per year from your Personal Income Tax (IRPF) return.
In this sense, you will not only be able to take advantage of this tax deduction for the expenses associated with your health insurance premium but also for the premiums corresponding to your spouse and children, which is extremely interesting if you take into account the possibility of benefiting from a discount on the cost of the insurance policy for family contracts.
ABOUT THE CONTRACT
It is very simple. Naturally, you must be a self-employed worker, and from there, you only need to be of legal age, reside in Spain and fill out the health questionnaire.
The maximum age to be able to take out insurance is 69 years old for Médica and Integral products and 64 years old for Activa and Prestigio.
No, your medical insurance is for a period of one year.
No. One of our priorities is comfort, so, just like you decide when to join us, you also decide when to end your policy. Don’t forget that, in order to cancel your insurance, you are only required to notify us at least one month before the expiration of the policy, which is annual.
Payment is made by direct debit to the current account that you indicate when you take out the insurance policy. Remember that the holder of this account must be the policyholder and under no circumstances can it be the beneficiaries.
Regarding the payment in instalments, although the policy is annual, the payment can be paid in six-monthly, quarterly or monthly instalments, whichever is more convenient for you and without any surcharge.
INSURANCE USE
The advantages of our insurance for self-employed workers are specifically for this collective. If you de-register as a self-employed worker, let us know so that we can transfer you to private insurance under beneficial terms and conditions.
This is one of the great advantages of our insurance for self-employed workers, since it does not have qualifying periods, except for assistance in childbirth and assisted reproduction. You are free to seek healthcare as from the effective date of the contract.
Your insurance is renewed automatically at the end of each annuity.
Prices may vary year to year depending on the variations of the health system, the age of the insured party or the number of individuals included in the policy. If the cost of our insurance varies, we will notify you two months before the expiration of the policy, allowing you to choose between renewing the contract or allowing it to expire.
You can freely select any professional in the Caser Medical Network. That said, with Prestigio, if you access specialists outside the network, we will reimburse you up to 90% of expenses.
