HOW TO APPLY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF OPTICAL EXPENSES?

To apply for eyeglasses reimbursement of optical expenses, follow these simple steps:

1. Keep the necessary documents:

Invoice of purchase of your glasses, contact lenses or frames.
Corresponding optical prescription.

2. Select a Claim Channel:

Online Application: Log in to your Client Area and access the "Reembolsos" option from the menu. A quick and convenient way from the comfort of your home.
Postal Application: Complete the application form and send it to Avenida de Burgos, 109, 28050 (Madrid), enclosing the original invoice and proof of payment.

3. Receive your refund:

The refund will be made to the same account used for the payment of the health insurance or to the account you indicate when applying online.
The refund process is completed within a maximum of 15 working days.

The only requirement is to be a Caser Expat Health Insurance policyholder in one of the following modalities: Caser Activa, Caser Integral or Caser Prestigio.
