FAQs regarding Caser ReMoto

No. The App is automatically activated when it detects that you have started your journey, thanks to the mobile phone sensors and the algorithms present in the App itself. And if your bike has Bluetooth and has previously connected to the App, the App detects it and activates the protection as well, for greater safety. In short, there is no need for any "activation" action on your part. All you need is a battery and coverage on your mobile phone.

The Caser ReMoto App is able to record the speed and other parameters that are received from the mobile phone sensors and that are necessary for a correct assessment of the accident. However, during the journey we cannot know how fast you are travelling and this will not be taken into account when assessing a possible accident.
