How does Caser Autohelp work?

1. In the event of an accident

Picture you’re driving along a rural road at night and you have an accident. You can’t get in touch with anyone. What would you do? Hope that someone will drive past sooner or later? Don’t worry, we now provide countrywide accident assistance and your car will automatically alert us so you don’t have to.

2. … We pinpoint your location

Because in the event of an accident, every minute counts. This is why Caser Autohelp is able to automatically detect the accident and get in touch with you right away.

3. … And we send an ambulance your way

If we don’t receive a response from you, we will urgently report your location to 112. Thanks to artificial intelligence, we’re able to send an ambulance your way at any time, no matter where you are, without you having to do a thing.

Why does Caser Autohelp stand out for the rest?

No installation needed

Simply place a small device measuring just 3x3 cm in the glove compartment of your car and pair it with the Caser Autohelp app. From then on, whenever you drive and have the app activated, we will be able to detect the accident.

We locate you only in the event of an accident

Caser does not track your location when you’re driving. We only pinpoint your location when we receive an accident alert and just for reporting it to emergency services. It’s an app designed to save your life, not keep an eye on you.

Life-saving response time

Response time plays a crucial role in the event of an accident alert. 7 out of 10 road deaths occur in the first 20 minutes after the accident. With Caser AutoHelp, we keep this time to a minimum, as the location and dispatch of the ambulance is instantaneous.
