    • A.Execution and performance of insurance contract or preliminary agreement, pension plan and fraud prevention.

      Purpose description: Managing the insurance relationship and performance of contracts or preliminary agreements and pension plans, especially the following actions:

      • Selection, assessment and definition of the insured risk.
      • Management of payments, exceptional cases of liquidity, contributions and fraud investigation
      • Performance of studies and actuarial and statistical calculations.
      • Quality control by conducting satisfaction surveys.

      No automated decision will ever be made regarding the processing of your data.

      Storage period: Your personal data will be kept for as long as the contractual relationship remains in effect and will be deleted within the terms established by the applicable laws: within no more than ten years, pursuant to the laws on money laundering prevention.

      Legal basis: The legal basis for processing lies in the need to process your data to be able to execute the contract and fulfil legal obligations. Processing the personal data of the policyholder, participant or insured, as well as the beneficiaries, is essential for selecting the risk, and for commencement and development of the contractual relationship with the Company.

      Data processing is also essential for the Company to fulfil its legal obligations, especially the following ones:

      • Act 50/1980, of 8 October, on insurance policies.
      • Act 20/2015, of 24 July, on management, oversight and solvency of insurance and reinsurance entities.
      • Royal Legislative Decree 8/2004, of 29 October, approving the revised text of the Act on motor vehicle civil liability and insurance.
      • Royal Legislative Decree 1/2002, of 29 November, approving the revised text of the Regulation on pension plans and funds.
    • B.Development of commercial profiles and distribution of commercial information

      Purpose description: In order to carry out your commercial transactions and offer you the services that best suit your profile, we will use your data gathered during management of the policies and pension plans you may have with us, as well as your interests, hobbies and needs as stated by you. On this regard, please be aware that no automated decision will be made based on this profile. Additionally, we will process your data with the purpose of sending you, by any means of communication, including e-mail, SMS, MMS, or similar methods, commercial information on our insurance and pension plan products and services.

      Storage period: Your personal data will be processed for this purpose as long as you do not object to processing, and for up to two years after termination of your relationship with the Company.

      Legal basis: The legal basis for processing is Caser’s legitimate interest in marketing its insurance and pension plan products and services among its customers, as well as offering you the most personalised experience possible in managing your contracts.


    For the purposes detailed in the previous section, your personal data may be transferred, if applicable, to the following entities:

    • To reinsurance companies.
    • To coinsurers.
    • To entities engaged in processing common files for fraud prevention purposes.
    • To the Public Administration authorities, as and when required by the law.
    • To banks and financial institutions, for collection of premium bills
    • To the entities of Caser Group, in order to comply with the legal provisions on management, oversight and solvency
    • Regarding pension plans and funds, to the Control Committee and the insurance entity providing coverage for the plan, if any.

    You may exercise the rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, limitation to processing, and objection by sending a letter to the company’s registered office at Avda. de Burgos 109, 28050 MADRID (addressed to: “Asesoría Jurídica – Protección de Datos”), or by sending an e-mail to derechosrgpdgrupocaser@caser.es, attaching a copy of your DNI (National Id. Card) or passport.

    You may also file a complaint with the Data Protection Officer of Caser Group by mail to Caser Group DPO, Avda. de Burgos 109, 28050 MADRID, or alternatively, by e-mail to: dpogrupocaser@caser.es.
